Supplier prequalification
All new suppliers must complete the Hextal Supplier Prequalification Questionnaire (SPQ). The process evaluates financial stability, safety record, environmental management, quality certifications, and modern slavery compliance.

Our procurement team reviews within 10 business days.
Site audit
For high-value or safety-critical categories, a site visit may be required.
Approved
Approved suppliers are added to the Hextal Supplier Register for 3 years.
