1. Data controller
Hextal Group N.V., registered at Wilhelminakade 173, 3072 AP Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 24112233), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and related services.
2. What data we collect
We collect personal data that you provide directly (name, email, phone, company name) when submitting contact forms, career applications, supplier registrations, or newsletter sign-ups. We also collect technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited) through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your data
We process personal data for the following purposes: responding to enquiries, processing job applications, evaluating supplier prequalifications, sending requested communications, improving website performance, and complying with legal obligations. Contact enquiries are retained for 2 years. Career applications are retained for 1 year after the recruitment process concludes. Supplier data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 7 years. Technical data is retained for 26 months.
