About the role
You will train as a carpenter within Hextal's heritage and restoration division, working on UNESCO-listed and nationally protected buildings across Catalonia. Under the supervision of master craftspeople, you will learn traditional timber joinery, formwork construction, and structural timber repair techniques over a three-year programme that combines site work with vocational school education.
What we are looking for
- Minimum age 16 at programme start
- Completion of compulsory education (ESO or equivalent)
- Genuine interest in woodworking, heritage conservation, and hands-on construction
- Physical fitness suitable for construction site work
- Willingness to attend vocational school alongside site-based training
- No prior experience required; enthusiasm and reliability are more important

Salary
Competitive and market-aligned, benchmarked annually against European infrastructure peers.

10% employer contribution from day one. Employee contributions are voluntary.
